i can’t believe that the people who do this actually have hearts. this is appalling to see. i wish there was a true punishment to fit the crime. maybe we could start putting these people in cramped, feces and urine infested cages. better yet. make them spend there days in cages that are feces and urine filled. how about put all those poor dead puppies in the cages with them.
